Shipping policy

Customers receive free shipping for orders of $49 or more before tax and shipping.

Standard shipping rates are flat rate rather than based on the weight of your order or where the order is being shipped. The shipping charge for standard delivery is $5. Standard shipping delivery times average one to five business days.

Orders received by 1 p.m. CT Monday – Friday will typically ship on the same business day. Orders received after 1 p.m. CT typically ship on the following business day. Holidays may delay delivery.

A confirmation email should be received within 24 business hours of placing your order.

Spark® can only ship to addresses in countries/territories in which it legally conducts business.

Spark will ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands but does not ship to all U.S. territories. Allow at least five business days for delivery.

You can ship Spark products to U.S. military installations. USPS provides delivery service that typically takes up to 15 days.

Spark will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If the wrong address is selected, you may reroute your order by calling Spark Care Team. There is a $15 per box reroute fee.

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact Spark Care Team within 30 days of your order date for a correction.
