Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased products, you may initiate an exchange or refund. Visit your Order History section on drinkspark.com, or contact the Spark Care Team within 30 days from the date of purchase by returning the unused portion of the product.
The refund amount is based upon the price paid at the time of sale, including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs. Product refunds are made in the same form of payment as the product purchase. Product exchanges will be for product(s) of equal or lesser value of the price the customer paid at the time of sale.
To be entitled to a refund or exchange, the following requirements must be met:
- The returned product(s) must be accompanied by a Returned Order number provided by the Spark Care Team, with an inventory list of the product(s) returned;
- The returned products must appear in the customer's order history; and
- The returned products must have been purchased within 30 days preceding the date of the return.
Returned product that does not meet the criteria listed above shall not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In addition, all product returned to Spark shall be retained by Spark, regardless of whether the return meets the criteria for receiving a refund or exchange.
Exclusions from Return or Exchange Policy
Only products purchased directly from drinkspark.com are eligible for a refund or exchange. Products purchased on any other website, Target store, or target.com are not eligible for a refund.
